Due to the nature of our products, all lip glosses are non-refundable and non-returnable for health and safety reasons.

✨ Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a gloss that arrives broken, damaged, or not the one you ordered, don’t worry—we’ve got you!

• Please include your order number and a clear photo of the item you received.

Once reviewed, we’ll happily send you a replacement at no additional cost.
